I got mine up for sale...
What are some good cars/trucks?I know at least a few here are into R/C.
I was looking at the Traxxas 4-tec 3.3(pretty sure thats what it was)nitro car.

Traxxas makes a good car. But IMO The Team Associated is better. Here is mine..
If you want a monster truck, then IMO the LST2 is the shit. Lots of supporting mods and very tough.

Can I build a car from scratch? Say just buy a chassis of my choice and build from there? Or do you HAVE to start with a full car kit?

You can buy "roller" and purchase the electronics and motor seperately. They package the kits and a much better price, I would buy a complete kit and upgrade parts as stuff breaks.

Be careful. The Jato is RWD and is VERY hard to control. If you get a fast car/truck make sure it is AWD. Trust me man, it will be a lot more fun to drive.
